This is MUCH more than just a foot massage.  Reflexology is an ancient practice with the belief that there are reflexes throughout the feet that work to benefit the entire body.  Reflexology is excellent for a wide variety of issues ranging from Stress and anxiety to plantar fasciitis, arthritis, migraines, constipation and IBS, diabetes, cancer, neuropathy, PMS, menopause, asthma and so much more! All sessions begin and end with a hot towel and DoTerra aromatherapy oils – you won’t believe how incredible you’ll feel!

1 hr Lifestyle Coaching w/ a half hour Reflexology session……….$85

Reflexology for Fertility……….$85 (sessions last a min of 1hr) 

These reflexology sessions give close and careful attention to your female reproductive reflexes as well as encouraging a strong focus on stress reduction, hormone regulation and relaxation.  We will end each session with a guided meditation and scalp massage.
